This Weekend is about your true inner connection. Which you can find with inspiration, in the Spirit Dance Waves, ice bath and the Sweatlodge. We offer the chance to really take the Weekend to explore inner dimensions and enjoy the finest sounds of the world in the Dance Wave.
Saturday: We will start with Breathwork at 10:00, Session One for introduction, and later Session Two an energetic cleansing in preparation for the Ice-bath after the Ecstatic Spirit Dance Wave. Dance Waves start at 16:30 until 19:00.

Ice-bath Starting 19:30 until 20:00.
There will be an introduction by Dj Tri-be and Michaela for guidance of your experience
We will dance in the ecstatic dance tradition with barefoot and without any substances and in a free form dancing. We offer safe environment for expression and spiritual progression. Guidelines will be introduced in event.
Day Two consists of a Morning Breathwork Session for preparation and then the Sweatlodge by Michaela. After the Sweatlodge there will be some healing sounds played by Dj Tri-be for 1 hour for anyone needing to rest and chill out.

Michaela;
From 1999 on Michaela has been joining many courses and educations. She is a healer as well Vision Quest and Sweatlodge leader. Various indiginous medicine people have crossed her path, and shared their wisdom. Throughout this deep awakening she felt a deep longing and made the promise to Wai Turoa Morgan ( NZ) and Norma Panduro (Peru) to keep the ceremonies alive, for the future generations. In the center Kura Waka she organises workshops with national and international teachers. She runs sweatlodges, Vision Quests and Deep Body Healing workshops at Kura Waka as well where invited.
"Nature is my greatest teacher." I live and manifest my dream in my center Kura Waka. In contact with my passion, and all the wisdom that i received from various indiginous medicine people, I love to share this wisdom.
