For Melissa dancing and movement have been a way to explore herself and the world around here. With extensive training in different dance styles and movement techniques, various styles of yoga and meditation, she combines movement and breath and explores the language of the body and the awareness of the mind. Melissa will take you on a journey with a lot of enthusiasm and playfulness and will guide you towards a deeper connection with yourself.
