In this weekend we will have the privilege to be with an intimate group and enjoy the full glory of Meditation, Yoga of the Voice, and massages around the Sacred Fire of magical Kura Waka.
We will start Friday eve with an opening ritual and mediation.
Saturday we will enjoy Soul Awakening Yoga of the voice.
Singing is a beautiful way for emotional release and self expression.
Through a guided meditation of vocal toning and call and response exercises we will bring our body and mind in a state of deep relaxation and full soul bliss. Singing and toning together in an intimate group creates perfect harmonies that will have a calming effect on our nervous-system and serves our overall well- being. to start the day, followed by massage bliss, sauna and closed off with Cacao Sound Healing Ceremony.
Sunday we will start the day again with Soundfull mediation, followed by massage bliss, sauna and close off with meditation and ritual.
